I created a number of taxonomy terms (using the patch in #2687075: Taxonomy hierarchy is not exported → to preserve hierarchy), and then created several nodes referencing those terms. I used drush dcer to export those nodes and taxonomy terms, and then re-installed the site so that the content was recreated using default_content.
The nodes and taxonomy terms did appear to be created: I could navigate to a node and also navigate to individual taxonomy terms referenced from that node. Oddly however, the vocabulary page at admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/my_vocabulary/overview showed no taxonomy terms in the vocabulary! Even after a cache-rebuild, no terms showed up here. In ever other way, the taxonomy terms seem to exist and work fine.
Any clue why that would be?
