I'm seeing the same behaviour on one of my Drupal 9 sites. It has two languages enabled and every now and then, titles of custom blocks just randomly change to the translated title on every page. I change the original title back to English, but after a while the translated titles reappear. So far I am unable to force this behaviour, but I did find something striking on
/en/admin/structure/block/manage/myblockname/translate/nl/edit:After changing the block title back to English (my first language), the field value for Admin info still displays the translated value. Not sure where to edit this and I'm curious if other people experiencing this issue see this too.
Despite the failed attempt to recreate this (#10), I would like to reopen this, as it takes a certain amount of time for the problem to arise. If anyone has any clues as to why this is happening, please contribute your thoughts in the comments.
