Coding standards violations on the whole project

On reviewing the code I have realized that the whole project doesn't stick to the Drupal coding standards → .

I have done a code reformat using PHPStorm, which I adjusted to the Drupal coding standards.

Attached is the patch, it doesn't change any coding, just mainly whitespace changes:

• 2 spaces instead of tabs
• No whitespace on EOL
• New line at the EOF
• Consistent spacing and indentation
• Use line feeds (LF) instead of CRLF or CR
• Comma after last element in a multiline array
