Conditionally bypass protection

There's a permission to fully bypass protection but it may be way too permissive to allow access based on just user role. Instead it would be nice to allow developers control the access based on some other conditions, like site domain (for a site running on more than one domain with shared DB and files), user subscription for a "password free" access based on certain terms applied to the page being viewed (if it's an entity).
