According to Update procedure in Drupal 8 →
Remove the 'core' and 'vendor' directories.
I see there are some folders from flysystem in vendor, such as: "aws" , "twistor", "league".
If I remove the vendor directory and replace it with the upgrade vendor directory I get white screen of death.
If I just simply override the duplicate files of the existing vendor folder with the upgrade vendor folder, I still get white screen of death.
