Menu links render node/# links regardless of URL alias changes

Created on 1 August 2016, about 8 years ago
Updated 14 April 2023, over 1 year ago

Example: I change nodes' aliases from /xyz to /zyx but browser keeps showing their permalink (node/#) when standing on menu links pointing to them.

Flushing all cache has no effect.

The interesting thing is that it happens only for a few particular nodes.

Didn't notice that before today. No errors in wd-show besides these warnings:

Warning: htmlspecialchars_decode() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in Drupal\metatag\MetatagManager->generateElements() (line 299 of /home/zantech0/public_html/benia.biz/modu
Warning: preg_match_all() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in Drupal\Core\Utility\Token->scan() (line 246 of /home/zantech0/public_html/benia.biz/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Utility/
