After DP 7.34 the files link for download is hidden for authorized users in the beta11 version, who was working before upgrade. I have tried to run patches and upload Beta (Dev) version for both Fileds permission and Fields Collection without any changes.
I have tried all kinds of permission for the fields "file" in the Fields Collections "fields" , but the only one who can see or download is user who has permission to override the permissions.

The Bug is related to the module file settings at "Manage File" and for the moment you are not able to create "file attachment" link for download the file. The choice "Download Link" makes the file invisible for authorized user.
I did try to write a Views page set also, with same results!!!
Please note that this is a very important function, where Drupal is able to chose the permitted user (roles) who are authorized to see and download files. Is a peace of the Hart-function in Drupal.
Please help us to get this bug fixed
