Hi,
There is a bug in pager when i18n taxonomy is on. when you select a language to browse terms in that lang; when press a page link like "2" in pager.. taxonomy manager shows you terms in page "2" of default language not selected language!
so you can't browse other pages of terms in non default language at all.
