Wrong dates or empty dates with custom date formats

Hi, I am not able to get this module working, I am using current date-dev version and views_date_format_sql-dev and after checking "Use SQL to format date" my "m Y" format becomes "Jul o"

NUMBER DATE
1 Apr o
1 May o
1 Jun o
1 Jul o
1 Jul o
1 Jul o

If I change the format to be custom, date column becomes empty. Similar results for different scenarios.

And it's not aggregating anything with option "Use aggregation:Yes"
