Enabling the Answers Theme submodule breaks admin/module screen in primary theme

Problem/Motivation

Enabling the answers_theme submodule on my custom theme, which is based off of Radix, eliminates all modules from displaying on the modules config screen (/admin/modules). The modules display momentarily, then disappear. This suggests a problem with the jQuery.onReady() or Drupal.behaviours code in the submodule.

Proposed resolution

Change the dynamic jQuery so that it is only triggered on node display (instead of being triggered on pages that are completely unrelated to the answers module).

Remaining tasks

Steps need to be taken to reproduce this issue on other systems, and identify the exact code that's causing the problem. If this is unreproducible, I can provide more details (I can start a JS debug and identify exactly the code that is causing the module list to dissappear). I cannot do this on work time, however (which I am reporting this on).
