Redirecting to content overview page doesn't work in Drupal 8, Patch attached

Hello,

if you use the Node Save Redirect module to redirect users to the content overview page in Drupal 8, you get redirected to the newly created node instead.

A look in the code tells us that the module, to redirect to the content overview page, checks the url 'admin/content' and redirects the user if that url is valid. My Drupal installation doesn't deliver a page under this url.

The correct url for the content overview page is 'admin/content/node'. If I replace the url with the new, valid one, the redirection works without a hitch.

I attached a patch for this issue.
