Fatal error: Invalid placeholder (!example) in string at FormattableMarkup

When I access "admin/config/media/oembed/provider/add" i got a fatal error.

It seems that "!" char is no more supported as a placeholder identifier, therefore: $this->t('Newline separated list of schemes like @example', array('@example' => 'http://*.revision3.com/*')), causes Fatal error: Invalid placeholder (!example) in string: Newline separated list of schemes like !example in core/lib/Drupal/Component/Render/FormattableMarkup.php on line 233.
