Warning at implode(): Invalid arguments passed ProviderForm

When I try to access "admin/config/media/oembed/provider/add" page to administer providers I got this error: Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in web/modules/contrib/oembed/src/Form/ProviderForm.php on line 62.
