When using the "Strip HTML" option, I was expecting all tags to be stripped, however Scald atoms were still rendering their markup.
Scald injects tokens that look like this [scald=XXX ...], so this patch automatically strips out those tokens if Scald is enabled.
This is somewhat related to #2041053: Add option to strip Media module code → which deals with the Media module.
