importing from PMID list: articles with very large number of authors

I need to import this article, which has more than 2,000 authors. I uploaded a list of PMIDs and the upload broke on this record.

In the pubmed module, I opened EntrezClient.php and changed the retmax value from 100 to 4000, which didn't work.

I get an error: "PDOException: SQLSTATE[22001]: String data, right truncated: 1406 Data too long for column 'biblio_coins' at row 1"

Is this something that is easily changed within the module because the inclusion of massive numbers of authors is a trend.
