This is a spin-out from #2115545: Recursive Field for Drupal PM ...

We discussed there a UX improvement of having the parent field show all parents (not just the immediate parent). This would be an improvement as it would make the hierarchy of parents clearer to users.

The original mockup was:

My thoughts, to be discussed:
- We shouldn't add the current node on the end of the "breadcrumb"
- We think about permissions, and how to handle the fact that node titles might be visible when a user doesn't have view permission for a node. Do we hide that node title from the breadcrumb? Or just make it really clear on the permissions settings page and docs that the titles are not considered sensitive.
- Probably worth setting all parent fields to use this formatter by default
