Instructions for Message Digest

I am trying to use Message digest to create a daily email that will combine all the messages generated that day and send them in one digest email instead of sending a separate email each time a message is generated.

I already have my messages created and the rules for triggering the messages. I have installed the Message Digest Module, but I don't know how to set it up.

I expected to either have a configure button from the module page, a tab in the menu to allow me to add a digest email, or an option from the "message type" section to create a new message type in the form of a digest email. I don't see anything like that.

So, I was hoping that someone could add some instructions to guide me on how to actually access and use this module. That would be much appreciated!
