Hi!
1. I have Libraries API ο»Ώ7.x-2.2 installed and enabled.
2. I have SignatureField 7.x-1.x-dev installed and enabled.
3. I downloaded the latest version of Signature Pad jQuery plugin and placed the contents in sites/default/libraries/signature-pad. (I had to add a build/ dir and move a couple files in there, this was mentioned in a previous issue.)
4. I added a Signature Field to the Basic Page content type just for testing purposes.
5. I created a new Basic Page with my signature in the signature field, but the signature does not save to the database. The field_data_field_signature table is empty. When I view the Basic Page, there is no signature (yes, I checked the display settings) and when I edit the Basic Page, it just gives me the signature field to sign again.
Occasionally I will get the following errors.
Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 12 bytes in signaturefield_preprocess_signaturefield() (line 106 of /Users/jonas/Sites/devdesktop/umnbookstore-dev/docroot/sites/default/modules/contrib/signaturefield/includes/system.inc).
Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 12 bytes in form_type_signaturefield_value() (line 61 of /Users/jonas/Sites/devdesktop/umnbookstore-dev/docroot/sites/default/modules/contrib/signaturefield/includes/system.inc).
Overall, the issue I am having is no signatures are being saved and thus not being displayed. The field with the canvas to sign is present, but once the form is submitted, the signature field is not being saved.
Cheers!
