Custom page title

Hi All,

Have been a long time Custom Breadcrumbs user and have done what I am trying to do dozens of times. For some reason though cannot seem to get it to work now and would appreciate some pointers/advice.

I have a view, but the title that it uses is not what I want to appear in the breadcrumb. The path to the view is:

news/2016/february - so (news/year/month)

The view prints the title "News for February 2016"

That is all fine, the breadcrumb that I want though is

Home / News / 2016 / February

But what I get is

Home / News / 2016 / News for February 2016

What I have in the breadcrumbs settings is:

TITLES
News
[node:created:custom:Y]

PATHS
news
news/[node:created:custom:Y]

I have nowhere in the settings selected append page title, which it seems to be doing. So the question is how do I stop it appending the title automatically?
