Doesn't work with better format

Hello,

Very useful module when you have to write some code in textarea fields.

It works well when I have several format available (Full HTML, Filtered HTML, PHP Code etc...) and when I choose PHP Code for example.

However, when I use the module "better format" to limit the choice to only PHP code, ace editor does not init correctly.
