The module currently has no tests/integration with Drupal.org testbots, making changes hard to evaluate easily and quickly in isolation, without a full site/environment configured.
Add at least a few basic tests (e.g. test that the admin form page loads, test that a new HTTP purger can be added (would've caught the API-breaking change in the upstream Purge module that caused #2691849: Fatal error when adding HTTP purger → ), test the `getUri()` method, etc.).
