I've founded small bug, all text after the slash will be missed in the search string.
If I will search for aaa/bbb, text after / will be missed in views_autocomplete_filter(...) function.
So for "aaa/bbb","aaa/ccc", "aaa/bbb/ccc" search string will be "aaa".

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
As Drupal 7.x and also modules 7.x versions "ended their lives", closing the 7.x issues.

p.s. if this still an issue on the latest 2.x version, please feel free to re-open and update the version accordingly.
