Support EMEA region for productfeed

Bazaarvoice uses different servers for EMEA (C7) so the SFTP urls for productfeeds are different:

sftp7.bazaarvoice.com
sftp7-stg.bazaarvoice.com

The Bazaarvoice module currently does not provide support for using the EMEA servers. Need to provide a way for users select to use the EMEA servers.
