We recently migrated our sites from Apache to IIS and the ability to create new support tickets has changed slightly. Basically they don't show up under the View Support Tickets chart when they are created.
We can find them under the view ticket_page, and there are a few differences between the new tickets and the old ones:
The old ones all have a defined state of new upon creation
The old ones also have a defined user it is assigned to
The new ones do not have a defined state, it is just blank even though a state was assigned to the new ticket
The new ones do not have an assigned user, it is listed as anonymous, even though a user was assigned to the new ticket
