Twilio Settings for Node Entity or Entity Type

I want to include Twilio mobile field settings in entity form with validation if the user has already registered or not before submitting it has to check and then proceed.

I know Twilio already provided registration mobile settings but same setting can be integrate in the entity forms is good for our project.
