I've got a (slightly) strange setup, in that I have multiple independent installs of Drupal at different points on the path. For example, / is one install, /site-1 is a second, and /site-2 is a third.
The installations in subfolders do not seem to find their favicon files, and report them as missing. The issue is with handling trailing slashes in the various paths.
