Terms displayed on the vocabulary's list page under Admin -> Structure -> Taxonomy do not display their translated label when the translated language is active.
Additionally, using this function with $load_entities = TRUE returns Term entities that are not language-aware either - $term->getName() always returns the non-translated entity name.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
The issue summary is not valid anymore since overviewTerms now has a call to
$term = $this->entityRepository->getTranslationFromContext($term);
So this is more and issue to enhance the API to be able to get translated entities from loadTree().
