Possible "Improvements" for Twilio module's sms functionality

Needed to be able to include tokens in outgoing messages so I hacked the module. Now planning to make a few more changes to it. Here are some of the changes I'm making. open to suggestions & requests. Here are my proposed enhancements.

  • Enable users with administer twilio permission to message unverified user (ie. reminder validation text) [DONE]
  • flush number on specific twilio error codes (not a valid number, not a landline,etc)
  • Enable more than one attachment for MMS context (MMS messages can have up to 10 attachments)
