Allow views destination field handler to show aliased path

I would like have the option when adding the Redirect URL field to a view to display the aliased URL rather than the internal URL stored in the database.

I think this the same pain point addressed in newer issue #2879514: URL Redirect page is displaying node/XXXX instead of alias → . Whereas that issue adds a denormalized database column to make it possible to query by a redirect path's alias, this approach does the aliasing upon presentation, so you'd see the aliased URL but not be able to query by it. I guess it would be up to a maintainer as to which approach is preferable.
