Make a final clean-up pass through form/render element docs

Problem/Motivation

When creating the fapi_examples module, I found some minor errors in the comments of the code examples. Some places where missing parens didn't get caught and at least one copy/paste example where the #type referenced doesn't match. It would also be good to verify that $build is used instead of $form on render elements when appropriate for the examples.

Proposed resolution

Do a final editorial pass checking copy/paste of code snippets from documentation.

Remaining tasks

Wait for other all the render and form element code examples to be complete before proceeding with the editorial pass.

As much as we strive for documentation to be complete and up to date, it rarely is. It is more of an evolutionary process, fixing things as we go along. If this is referring to the Drupal 7 Form API reference, then it is a won't fix because Drupal 7 is end of life. And, if not, there have been a lot of documentation fixes in core in the past 10 years.

Closing as outdated. If you disagree, re-open an state what should be done.
