Certain nodes no longer viewable to anonymous users

Once I installed the View Unpublished module, my IPGV&M markers in maps disappeared to anonymous views. I changed the deleted the view and created a new one and that seemed to solve it. I notice now another area of my site is affected by the View Unpublished module, and that's the TimelineJS module. Only some of the nodes being pulled into this are viewable to anonymous users, while others are not--even though all of these nodes have the same permissions setting.

What could be causing this issue?

Thanks in advance,
Ryan

Would like to reopen this, as we're having a (possibly) similar issue. For one View on our site, which uses embedded views within views, some output of one embedded view is now only accessible to logged-in users. It's published content that isn't restricted in any way either at the content level or within the view. We're working on rewriting the view but if there are ways the module could be involved it would be helpful to know where to look.
