GUI term filter autocomplete a la module_filter module + ajax pager

This has become a great module, which more and more sites are relying on. During the last year or so, the D7 version increased its reported installs by roughly 25% until just under 40.000 (reported...) sites :-)

We are lacking in particular 2 things for efficiency, both related to avoid unnecessary page loads:

When editing/reorganizing taxonomy terms in vocabularies that have multiple pages and not showing all terms simultaneously, we need a way to dynamically filter/lookup terms easily without page reloads, for example something like what the https://www.drupal.org/project/module_filter → module does above the modules list. (I assume that there is relevant code in that module which can be copied and adapted to use with Taxonomy Manager.)

And the pager function should be ajax'y so that it does not need a page reload to browse back and forth between the pages.

This module can be critical for efficiency on many sites, and this is mainly what it is lacking.
