Add css classes to body for Groups

This is idea I had that I am putting out there to get feedback and see if anyone would be interested.

Basically the idea would be be to add a css class to the body element for each Visibility Group the at pass.
So it would be something like
<body class='bvg-group-name' >

Or if no group conditions passed

<body class='bvg-no-groups' >

This might make sense in a sub module.

This might make sense site builders might be using this module to manage how the site should look like under different conditions.

An example might be
The site builder would make a group called "Promoted Articles"
Select blocks that should show up
The class "bvg-promoted-articles" is added to body
The themer creates css for .bvg-promoted-articles
