No field/delta context in hook_linked_field_settings_alter

If you try and use hook_linked_field_settings_alter across multiple fields in a given entity, it gets a bit confusing because it's not clear which field you're manipulating at any one time. I'm going to see if I can put a patch together to add some more contextual information to this hook.

Right now, all we get is the following:

• entity_type
• entity
• view_mode
• display
• language
