Extremely valuable module for theming with Display Suite and Bootstrap, however ... for me, when assigning a field group with a background image in Display Suite's Region to block, the background image doesn't display. All the classes in that field group get stripped in my case. I am also using Block Class module but it made no difference when I disabled it.
