I've been lookin into some other issues regarding HTML in tab titles and it seems that in the current version 3.6 there is even a setting that is checked and based on that HTML is allowed in the title, but there's no way for setting that setting in the views plugin. It would be great to be able to set the views style Quicktabs to allow HTML in the title since the title can be virtually any field and so it's a good way to make for example image tabs.
