Support for Drupal Commerce: Set "Do you have a password?" block to yes when creating account with Commerce

Hi,

I've been reading through issue https://www.drupal.org/node/1899720 β†’ and I think I've got a slightly different issue (which is why I am raising a new ticket)

Here is my problem:

When a user attempts to checkout (drupal commerce 7.x-2.24 and email_registration 7.x-1.2) and selects create an account option when redirected to user/register the block "do you have a password?" is displayed and by default selected as No (you can create an account later). When a user attempts to register with email & password an error is thrown:

The e-mail address email_registration_EwcKZUJcRz is not valid. Please see screenshots attached.

The register button stays the same as the previous login screen and says continue, rather than if the user changed the option on the password block to yes, the button changes to what it should be which is "create new account"

Please could someone provide a fix that defaults do you have a password to yes & also use css to hide it from display, or come up with a better solution to provide a better experience?

If a user does not wish to create an account and simply inputs an email address leaves the password block as no and clicks continue on the user/login page the process works fine.

Thanks
Max
