With D7 EOL approaching this needed part of one of the few last release of D7 for quiz moduel?
The theme function/template specified by the getReportFormTheme() function in subclasses of QuizQuestionResponse is not used when rendering the report form theme using the default tpl file used for rendering report forms (quiz-report-form.tpl.php). The attached patch (in first comment) modifies quiz-report-form.tpl.php to respect the #theme element for each question if it is specified by that question type.
