Remove the word "positive" from the "Must include a positive keyword with three characters or more." error message

Problem/Motivation

At the usability testing, after a user did a search that did not have 3 characters, the user received error message "Must include a positive keyword with three characters or more."

Proposed resolution

Adjust the error message to not mention the word "positive"
