Quiz Section Clickable List on the Top of Each Question

Hi all ,

I wish to have Categories in My Quiz listed on top of each Question . The categories should be clickable with link to the first question of that category.

Like ---
Quiz Physics

Category 1 - Laws of Motion
Q1
Q2
Q3
Category 2 - Kinematics
Q4
Q5
Q6

i have seen the new addition of quiz page , where we can have directions and questions under one page .... Drawback ----

1) all questions listed together in a list , i want one question per page.
2) How to get individual links to the pages within quiz
If by Printing the Quiz Page Title i Can Add The Categories to the Quiz then How they will become Clickable ?Also how can i show just one Question Per page
