I succeeded in coding some custom blocks in a custom module.
Then I included one of them in a views header, after a text area
Problem: I set block weight through the views UI, so that it should be under the text area, but it remains at the top of the views header
Same beahaviour in a views footer.
Is this a D8 issue or is there something to configure in the block "Annotations"?
