Using git
git log -SsupportsTransactions core/modules/node/tests/src/Functional/NodeCreationTest.php
I found that this was fixed in #2278971: Deprecate Connection::supportsTransactions() → in 9.1.x
The message it tries to find has been removed five years ago in #711108: Richer exception reporting for watchdog() → and althogether it just makes no sense.
Abort early if there is no exception support.
