Access to the xml by ftp + not implemented

Hello,

if I tried to use a ftp url I get an error :
Views XML Backend: HTTP response: invalid schema ftp. URI: ftp://login:pass@ftp.....
For some private xmls, it's important.

Do you think to include this option in this module ?
