Unscubscribe setting "When someone unsubscribes from this list..." gets reset

I set the unscubscribe setting When someone unsubscribes from this list... through Campaign Monitor's UI at subscribers/unsubscribeForm.aspx?listID=LISTID to Only remove them from this list as advised by the readme file, but after saving a lists settings through Drupal's UI this setting will be reset to Remove them from all LISTNAME lists (recommended).

Am not sure whether this is a bug in the CM API or this module, but I think it's worth mentioning here.
