user-selected styling

Although our site's default biblio style is Chicago, we would like the option for anonymous users to select a style (Chicago, APA, MLA, Turabian) from a drop-down menu and see all references on the current page reformatted using that style. This choice should persist across all pages on the site. We would also like authenticated users to be able to save the style to their preferences.
