We have a block that is being used as a homebox which has a link in the block title.
The check_plain that got added in commit http://drupalcode.org/project/homebox.git/commit/b58078a breaks these links: the html is rendered as plain text.
Wouldn't it be enough to just use filter_xss instead of check_plain?
That would fix our problem.
