Trying to display a feed that reports itself as UTF-8, but validator shows ISO-8859-1. When attempting to use this feed in a XML view, I get the message:
Input is not proper UTF-8, indicate encoding ! Bytes: 0xF1 0x6F 0x6C 0x3C on line 14. Error code: 9
I don't have any control over the feed. Maybe try to apply utf8_encode to the file that is fetched?
