FYI opened #3361198: Remove the Technical Working Group and transfer its responsibilities to the core committer team → . Postponing this on that issue. If/when that is resolved as proposed, this issue should be closed as duplicate.

#3252921: Add members to and remove members from the Technical Working Group → happened today so there are current members of the TWG. On the other hand #3361198: Discuss moving coding standards responsibilities to the core committer team → is still in discussion, but coding standards issues should be unblocked now.
