To reproduce: Select Bootstrap Thumbnails as view format and Bootstrap Thumbnail as view. Select the required image but leave the optional title empty. Select one or more remaining fields as content. Now this content will only be rendered if the optional title has a value.
Besides, the view renderer does not seem to take rewritten content of fields into account.
