I recently upgraded a site from Drupal 6 to 7, and since the upgrade the default sort order set in /admin/support/settings does not work. I want it to sort by last update, and then by priority, but the settings appear to have no effect on the display of the queues. I've seen similar reports in the support forum, but they are old and are marked as fixed, though I'm still encountering the problem both in the latest stable release (7.x-1.0-rc2) and in the latest dev (7.x-1.x.)
